Your Yoxly kit should be with you within 1-2 days after dispatch. It will arrive via the Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to Yoxly or its contents.
When you receive your kit, please follow these steps to:
1. Activate your kit; and
2. Collect and return your samples.
Important:
You must first fully activate your kit before collecting or returning your samples (unactivated kits cannot be processed).
Be sure to collect and return your samples on the same day they can be collected by the Royal Mail (e.g. not a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday).
When you receive your test kit:
Once you receive your kit, you must first activate it by scanning the QR code in your kit instructions, or by visiting start.yoxly.com on any browser (on your phone or, tablet, laptop, or computer):

Once your kit is fully activated, follow your kit instructions to collect your samples.
Use the pre-paid return envelope, enclosed in your kit, to return your samples to us (on the same day you collected them) via any Royal Mail postbox or post office.
Receiving your results: You'll be notified via email when your results are ready, usually 1-3 business days after our lab receives your samples.
