When I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect. What should I do?

If you're informed that your password is incorrect when you are trying to log into your Yoxly account, the easiest solution is to reset your password.

To do this, from the account login screen, click the "Forgot your password?" link, highlighted in the red box below:

Once you click "Forgot your password", you'll be guided through a few steps which will send a link to your account email address, allowing you to easily, safely, and securely reset your password.
