We'll be sure to send you an email as soon as the Royal Mail delivers your samples, and we'll start analysis right away.
In the event the Royal Mail experiences a delay, don't worry: we'll first test your samples to make sure they are still valid before testing, to ensure maximum accuracy.
The central point is this, though: we'll notify you via email by the end of the same business day when the Royal Mail delivers your samples to our lab.
