How does Yoxly work?

Order your test online from our website. Our partner laboratories offer a wide range of tests to cover your health needs. We will deliver a home sample collection kit to your door. You can choose free standard delivery or paid express delivery at the checkout. Your sample collection kit will arrive within 2-4 days with standard shipping and 1-2 days with express shipping.

Once you are ready to collect your sample, go to our website and select the test you want to take. You will then be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your health. Once you have completed the health questionnaire, you will be able to activate your kit

To activate your kit, enter the YOX Kit ID and the Alpha Code provided to you in your test kit. This will ensure that your sample is safely delivered to the laboratory and that your results are kept confidential.

Your health record will be reviewed by a Yoxly medical team member. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact them at any time.

Once your sample is collected, return it to the laboratory in the prepaid envelope that was provided to you. You can track the progress of your sample online and you will receive a notification when it arrives at the laboratory.

Your results will be available online within 1-3 business days. We will not only provide you with your test results, but guidance and treatment advice and options where applicable (note: prescriptions are available only for certain STIs).
