Yes, all kits must be activated before collecting or returning your samples. If our lab receives samples from an unactivated kit, they will not be able to be processed.
Kit activation is the process by which you associate your kit to your Yoxly account. This ensures that only you have access to your test results, etc.
To activate your kit, please scan the QR code included in your kit instructions, or visit start.yoxly.com.
When activating your kit you will need to log into or create a Yoxly account, and input the unique Kit ID and Alpha Code, which are included in your kit.
