All orders placed before 1:15pm, Monday - Friday, are dispatched that same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging which fits through standard letterboxes and does not require a signature for delivery.
When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is posted we will send a separate shipping confirmation email.
Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your Royal Mail Tracked 24 order.
We find that the Royal Mail delivers most orders in 1-2 business days. However, with their recent strikes and backlogs, etc., we are frustratingly finding that sometimes they take an extra day or two.
If you do experience a delay we are very sorry! It's tremendously frustrating to be let down by a third party like the Royal Mail, and it is certainly not the customer service we strive to provide to every Yoxly customer.
