Why am I not receiving my email verification code?

When you create your Yoxly account (for example, to activate your Yoxly kit), you need to verify your email address.

To do this, we will email a 6-digit code to the email address you are trying to verify.

We find that some users to dot see their verification email in their inbox, and this is usually because it is in their junk or spam folders. This tends to happen more often for users who have a Hotmail, Outlook, or Microsoft email account.

If you cannot find your verification email in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk or spam folders, as you will likely find it there.
